of contents and jump right to the page in your eBook.
How will I receive my e-book?
With your order confirmation you will receive a web-link
for viewing your e-book. When you click on this link
you will be taken to the web page that contains your
book.
Can I view the e-book more than once?
Yes, you can view your e-book as often as you like.
Do I always have to be connected to the internet to view my e-book?
No. You may download your e-book to your computer and
access it anytime you like.
Can I print out the e-book I purchase?
Yes. Your e-book will be in a pdf format which you can
print out if you like.
What if I can’t am unable to download
my e-book?
If you are seeing a server error notice you may need
to disable your anit-virus software or your firewalls
while you download your book. You can reactivate them
after your e-book is downloaded.
Can I download an e-book if I am using a dial up connection?
Yes, however with a large file it may take several minutes
to download.
Can I view an e-book with a Mac?
Yes, if you have a pdf viewer such as the free viewer
from Adobe.
